Eggplant: how to the best treat bad cholesterol and weight loss

When I hit my 300 cholesterol level, the doctor shook his head and handed me a prescription for a new drug. You've already been through three different drugs-and have suffered bad side effects. After the experimental year with no medication, it seems that the diet alone will not cut these numbers.

Just for the record-I use olive oil exclusively in my kitchen. I don't eat much red meat, but, I have to admit, I probably eat a lot of cheese, which looks like this perfect snack food. I'm taking regular doses of red wine and said to help control the cholesterol levels. I do aerobics three times a week and do shopping tours in the village walking on foot. Not exactly a lot of exercises, but I don't quite couch the potato.

After suffering from previous medications, I resisted starting a new one. So when a friend, Giil, told me about alternative treatment using eggplant recipes, I thought: "Hey, it's worth a try."

Medicinal prescriptions of a generation, as follows: It has been easy to get a container for the heat liter. Boiling liter of drinking water, pour in the container, drop in two or three slices of raw eggplant fat, skin and all, and leave for a few minutes-water goes pale green, lift either throw or ice-box storage slides, stress in the distributed container to store the refrigerator and drink more than two days or repeat as I often like. Not hardening around doses, just when ever.... (Aubergin = eggplant; liter = 4 cups, approx.)

She said she got the treatment from a friend I got from her Jamaican boyfriend and he really worked for her. The Web page called on the internet for the same ingredients, plus a thick slice of lemon, all placed in cold water and eggplant left in the water.

My copy of "Eggplant Tea": Slice half of the raw eggplant (about 5 ounces), place in a jar of heat or jar with a thick slice of lemon. Pour over 4 cups of boiling water. Let the sharp cool up. Cover and refrigerants. Stress and drink is about 1 cup per day.

Lemon makes it palatable. Drink it in the morning, like a wake-up smoothie.
After four weeks of regularly eating eggplant tea, I had a cholesterol test again. Remember, it was 300. New number: 210. Drop 90 points! That was so amazing that I didn't believe it! But I kept the treatment and re-tested again in four weeks. The figures were somewhat higher, to 225. But still less in a way than my initial reading. I'll be back in a few weeks.

A friend said, but now you're stuck drinking eggplant tea for the rest of your life. Well, that's better than taking cholesterol meds for the rest of my life. In this case, the worst side effects are submerged eggplant.
